The Fest Hub wins Best Social Value project of the year
On the 18th January 2024, saw The Fest Hub win the Best Social Value Project of the year at the Association for Consultancy & Engineering Awards (ACE). Emmanuel Afolabi the founder and visionary behind The Fest Hub who is also an employee at Ramboll UK picked up his companies third award of the year. The first being the Global Ramboll EDI and Culture awards last year May 2023 in Sweden, the second being in BPIC awards in December 2023 which saw Casanda Khieosa-Art pick up the ‘Diversity Champion of the year’ representing The Fest Hub.
The Association for Consultancy & Engineering Awards is an excellent opportunity to celebrate performance, recognise and reward colleagues from varying organisations large or small, and shine the spotlight on the success of the engineering sector. Ramboll UK were also honoured with other awards including Peter Curran a major crossings director pick up the lifetime achievement award for his 40 years of incredible work. They also won the Best Large UK Consultancy and Best Innovation and Technology Project awards. An overall fantastic night for both The Fest Hub and Ramboll UK. Emmanuel had said this on linkedin ” We are delighted to have picked up our third award of the year, a remarkable achievement. It’s great to see work we do with our sports clubs, schools and partners being recognised. It was also great to meet and connect with some great people including Amol Rajan from BBC’s University Challenge. The hard work doesn’t stop here, we will keep pushing to make a difference.”
